I/my employees can no longer see learning plans
My employees are not visible in the new MentorLearn
Please ensure you add your employees in MentorLive and then grant access to MentorLearn by selecting the eLearning User or eLearning Administrator tick box.
How many of my employees can access MentorLearn?
There is no cap on the number of users. All your employees can access purchased courses once they are set up on MentorDigital and licenses purchased.

Yes, your employee can refresh their knowledge by repeating one or more courses.

How do I access learning history from the old system?
Company or individual learning history has not been migrated to the new MentorLearn. To access archived learning reports for activity prior to 23 May 2022, please see User reports in MentorLive. If you need a certificate for a course completed prior to 23 May 2022, please contact 0800 559 3595.
How can I make a manager an eLearning admin so they can oversee their team’s learning?
Managers can be set as an eLearning admin by selecting the eLearning tickbox in MentorLive.
